Important note for health related articles on this site
Read here why my note on health topics is not the small print. Because there are several traps!
- Convenience or anxiety
- Give up in advance
- uncertainty
Do you like going to the doctor?
That’s something I hear so often, “Oh, you know…” And then I said, “You should because…” For many reasons, we won’t make it. And what could be more obvious than googling fast? But can you tell the chaff from the wheat, what is serious, blatant or simply the bad personal experience of an individual?
Therefore, google does not replace a visit to the doctor, it certainly helps to be well-informed. This page is only for information and should not be used for self-diagnosis or even therapy.
Oh, they won’t find anything anyway!
We’re good at finding reasons why we don’t want to do something. Unfortunately – but is “finding nothing” always bad news? So if you think something is wrong, you should have it checked by a doctor. And if nothing is found, then that’s good news for now! If you still have any complaints, you’ll have to keep looking. Googling doesn’t replace going to the doctor first.
Uncertainty
If you believe through self-diagnosis that you know what you have, then there is always a good deal of uncertainty. Clarify this uncertainty in a technically sound manner, so that you prevent uncertainty from becoming fear.
Note on health topics – Conclusion

In case of health problems, please consult your doctor or dentist. Only an individual examination can lead to a diagnosis and therapy decision.
Note on my work as a non-medical practitioner – Heilpraktiker
I am happy to advise you on health issues and problems, especially in your efforts to better deal with chronic complaints. There is often a misunderstanding that alternative practitioners are equated with homeopathic training or alternative blood tests. I don’t offer either!
